i think there is a problem in terms of the brown act and sunshine ordinance to that. in regard to ceqa and the document did cannot include the case number and did not locate where available. not on the web, by the way, the addendum. it's not in a attachment before you. the resolution does not indicate if this board received dir and addendum. i think those are flaws procedurally. i would encourage you to delay this item or deal with these concerns. i would say that this is not just a bike plan project as i understand it. it loses parking spaces. it degrades traffic los and slows down transit. i don't understand how one can conclude it's not significant. and finally on masonic and geary, this is the first time i understood that frontage road in front of what used to be the pub. would be closed. that would mean that cars going east on geary and south on masonic go around the plaza and make a new and more dangerous turn. you don't know how well that is analyzed. >> laney motave. >> hi, i am tracy buck, i have lived at the corner of masonic and grove for the past 18 years.

that's what my idea, always want to first start with the brown bag lunch, invite all the small business come in. the second program, we may try and outreach in the neighborhood or whatever, and then try to get more handouts. also, when we have accessibility issues, we have unusual one, we also consult with technical service [speaker not understood]. they are all expertise on those areas. because no man knows everything. that's why we always consult each other, how do we solve the issue. the outreach program is definitely a top priority to do it. right now i try to get the information to get the brown bag lunch first to get more people into the building. >> and i don't know we have -- i was watching channel 26 and there was a small business presentation on accessibility there, but it was just the other night. i don't know how recent that was. i know the small business commission is trying to look at that as well. it is is the director here for the small business? * maybe this is unfair, but there was some presentation down there. i didn't get a chance to watch it all. two small businesse

this summer they started a human rights commission initiated a brown bag series. again, understanding that it's not just about the school district, it's not just about home, but the importance of networking and making connections and having a context. when we start talking to people about the importance of school and education, if we have generations of folks who have maybe not graduated from high school or don't have geds or have had a hard time with getting a job and you say you need to go to school to get a job, and that's not something that they have a context for, it's about creating these internships, but also these mentoring opportunities, brown bag series where people come in and share their stories of how they ended up where they are and what that process looked like. and i think for me the most memorable one was when we did it with mayor brown, and he talked about it was right time, right place. that there was somebody that was there to help him. it wasn't because he had this really great plan did & it was all in alignment. he went to san francisco state

couple of items, just a note related to supervisor mar's last comments, resident of district 11, mike brown has been moving around with a bus registering people to vote in areas where there's very low voter turnout and doing a lot of outreach to people that are ex-felons who are eligible to vote who may not know they're eligible to vote since they passed parole, i think it's important work that's going on in san francisco and i want to commend mike brown for his work in the community. colleagues, you might remember last year, i had a hearing about the america's cup, their workforce development and local business plan, local business inclusion plan, making sure we hit our stride around local businesses taking part in america's cup and benefits from america cup events, as well as hiring local residents in some of the temporary jobs that are created in the america's cup, some of the stages and signs that are going up, i heard from members of the my community and the sign and display union local 510 that perhaps america's cup is not living up to its obligations, i want to have a hearing to look
